Paula Gamas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the United States International University in San Diego, CA, earning a B.A. in Fine Arts & Television Production.  She started a high-end travel agency (ITG) and grew it to the #1 luxury tourism provider in Latin America, with multi-million sales and offices in Mexico, Peru, and the United States.  She is on the prestigious sales boards of Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood Hotels, Aman Resorts, and Marriot Luxury Brands, among others.  Paula has been a leader of the green tourism movement, aimed at minimizing the impact on the environment by the travel industry.  As a member of women in business networks, Paula has participated in multiple programs to help communities by training women and providing the skills necessary to be hired into hotels and restaurants in high unemployment areas.  In 2018 Paula sold ITG and invested in international real state.  She is fluent in English, French and Spanish and she brings to the table a vast experience on market strategy and team building together with an impressive global network.
