Oscar Parulian

Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Oscar Parulian is also CEO and founder of United Reality and several other Texas-based investment companies that today operate quite successfully. He has over 33 years of experience in Real Estate Investment, Development and Management. Oscar earned a BBA in Finance and Marketing and a M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University. He also served first as COO and then as Executive Vice President of Natural Composites, Inc., a company dedicated to the transformation of coconut fiber into functional materials with multiple applications. In this capacity, Oscar led fund raising efforts, managed the company’s finances and planning and reduced risk. Much has been learned from accomplishments in this and other startup businesses, which has prepared Oscar to develop and execute a solid financial plan for IU.
